Medical Billing Call Center Agent
Job Opening
Account Specialists provide outstanding customer service by answering medical billing questions and helping people find positive payment solutions for their new medical bills. Our prime time shift is Monday-Friday until 7:00 p.m. and Saturday mornings from 9:00 am-noon. Part time and full time schedules are available. We offer a competitive hourly wage plus generous commission because we believe in paying people for their efforts.
Responsibilities
This position taking incoming calls from patients with current medical bills. You will identify, research and resolve customer issues and process payment using the computer system. Must be proficient with computers and have an interest in learning new technology due to use of multiple systems.
Qualifications
- The drive and dedication to do whatever it takes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Good communication skills, clear speaking voice and ability to talk and type simultaneously
- Problem solving and creating thinking skills
- Strong typing skills, PC skills and ability to type at least 30 wpm
- Must be self-motivated, reliable, flexible and have excellent attendance
- Must be able to pass credit and criminal background checks
- Must have a GED or high school diploma
