The Account Manager owns the business client relationship and is responsible for customer satisfaction. For a people person, this is the stuff of dreams, not a job you hate going to every day. As an Account Manager you will:
- Develop strong, positive relationships with clients
- Verbally interact with Fortune 500 companies in a professional manner
- Analyze client data including consumer account information, reports and statements
- Resolve timely all client questions, concerns or problems
Qualifications
Realistically, we need someone with a high school diploma (there are communication, math and computer issues involved), and college classes would add a lot of credibility. Most importantly, you need to be self-motivated with strong problem-solving methodologies and an analytical focus on root cause. The position requires strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies, competency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong documentation skills and proven client care skills to maintain and enhance client relationships.
